The Winery Ride is considered a favourite for beginners through to experienced riders who are keen to combine the relaxed ambience of a winery lunch with the adventure of a horseriding experience.
A good degree of fitness will help as this is a FULL day of riding. This ride is usually conducted on a Saturday but may be scheduled on Wednesday – Friday for an additional charge.
Arrive at the yards at 9.30 for a 10.00 start. Return by 4.30
Lunch is taken at the Ocean View Estates Winery before heading back
Lunch is pre-ordered from a set menu provided by the winery prior to ride departure.Wine tasting is available, however is NOT included in the ride price. Lunch & drinks are paid by card or cash direct to the winery.
Enjoy riding through thick wooded scrub and bush, and rolling hills taking in some of the most spectacular views in SE Queensland.
An age minimum of 12 years applies as does a weight limit of 110 kg; but if weight is more than 95 kg, the height must be over 172 cm.
