At Kurwongbah we have four types of trail rides available. They vary in the length of time, the ability of the rider, the day of the week they are offerred and the type of experience that you want to get out of a trail ride.
- a 1 hour trail ride
- a 1.5 hour trail ride
- a mid week adult social ride, and the
- experienced adult ride
1 Hour Trail Ride
Our shortest ride is 1 hour. This is enough time to get to know your horse and how it behaves on a peaceful ride around the lake and surrounding slopes.
It is fully escorted and the horses will be suited to your size and horse riding capabilities and experience.
Minimum ages apply – 7 years for the 1 hr ride.
1.5 Hour Trail Ride
The 1.5 hour trail ride covers a greater area of the property.
It is fully escorted and the horses will be suited to your size and horse riding capabilities and experience.
Minimum ages apply – 9 years for 1.5 hr ride.
